Thesis Title: Mimicking enzymes by way of naked bioinorganic ions

About

I have a solid background in fundamental mass spectrometry and application of MS to biological problems. I've successfully applied FT ICR and FT IRMPD MS to the study of bio inorganic and organic systems. My current research in the MIB is focused on the application of MS to qualitative and quantitative phosphorylation studies, with a particular focus on the ETD fragmentation. I'm also interested in Top Down MS and MS analysis of intact proteins and am currently trying to develop ETD/PTR methods for the analysis of PTMs.
