About
I completed a D.Phil in political philosophy at Nuffield College, Oxford, and joined the Manchester Centre for Political Theory as a lecturer in September 2003. My research interests are in political and moral philosophy, particularly political liberalism, liberal perfectionism, contractualism, multiculturalism, democratic theory, public reason, and the ethics of killing in self-defence.
